not yet support an electronic “shopping cart.” We are creating a database
with over 100,000 art supplies, gifts and other things you never knew
you needed, and look forward to offering you this service in the future.

In the meantime, please phone during regular business hours, fax
24/7 or e-mail your orders in. We’ll fill them promptly and ship them
out immediately.
Catalogs: Generic art supply catalogs are available for $9.95. We’ll
throw in a $10 merchandise certificate when you buy one. Warning:
this catalog is for general reference only. Most of the prices are
incorrect and it in no way represents everything we sell.
Minimum Orders: There is no minimum order.
Shipping: Unless otherwise
specified, all shipping is UPS Ground. Overnight and 2nd Day shipping
are also available through UPS, as is International. Of course, we
will be happy to ship by FedEx or almost any other carrier you choose
and you can use your account number.
Furniture and other items too bulky for UPS will be
shipped by the best available method, possibly our truck.
Hazardous Materials: Any
materials deemed hazardous will be shipped only as allowed
by law. All such shipments are subject to extra shipping charges imposed
by the carrier.
Shipping Charges: You will only pay what the shipping carrier charges
us for shipping your product to you. There is no mark-up on shipping.
Handling and Packing Fees: A $5.00 handling and packing fee will
be added to every order for anything we can send by UPS or other service
(Fed-Ex, Airborne, etc.). This does not include furniture and items
too bulky for UPS, etc. Shipping and packing fees for those items
may or may not apply. We’ll tell you before you place your order.
Delivery: Hand delivery
is available in the greater Southern California area.

Payment options: American
Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Carte Blanche, Diner’s
Club, JCB, Debit Cards and Electronic Checks are all accepted. U.S.
cash is always welcome.
Accounts: We grant house charge accounts upon approval. Please request
a credit application form, fill it out and submit it. House accounts
are granted solely at Sterling Art’s discretion.
C.O.D.'s: We ship CODs
by UPS, which charges an additional $9.00 - $10.50 per
package for this service.
Discounts – Human Being and Otherwise:Human
Being and Otherwise: It’s very simple. You’re a human; you get
a discount. Almost everything we sell we discount 15% (the “Human
Being Discount”) just because you have opposable thumbs. EDLPs and
other special discounts come along from time to time, but this one
you can count on. Because all students/seniors/teachers are humans
first and foremost there are no special discounts for them.
Of course we are happy to discuss quantity discounts. Tell us exactly
how much you want and exactly when you need it by and we’ll tell you
how much discount we can give you for that size order.
Price-Matching: Do we match our competitors' prices? Sometimes. Give
us a call and let’s talk.
Special Orders: If we
do not stock an item or are out of stock at the moment, we will be
happy to special order it for you. We will give you the information
and then, if you choose to place an order, we require a non-refundable
50% deposit. Of course, we will refund your deposit if
we cannot get your item(s) in the time we promised.
Custom Framing and Mat Cutting: Custom framing by Art Angles (Orange
County’s oldest and most respected framing company) and mat cutting
are available in our store only. Please call the Art Angles counter
directly at 949/553-0567 for current hours and schedule.
Board Cutting: Matboards and foam core can be cut – straight cuts
only. Each cut $0.50, up to $40.00. Every cut thereafter $0.25 each.
Gator Board can also be cut, again, straight cuts only, for $1.00
a cut. There is no quantity discount.
Custom Wedding Invitation Information: As a new service, Sterling
Art offers custom wedding invitations in exotic papers. Please come
in and see what we have to offer.

Gift Certificates: You
may order Sterling Art Gift Certificates in any amount
– they are good forever. Simply phone, fax, or e-mail your order.
